The gameplay in Sexy Parodius is similar to the rest of the series, but with a new catch. Instead of just playing through each level and destroying enemies while avoiding getting hit, the player must also complete a special mission for each stage as well. Some of these missions range from collecting a certain amount of coins in a stage to destroying a certain object or enemies. Depending whether or not the player completes the mission will determine whether the player can continue to the next stage or what the next stage will be. Unlike the past versions, home ports of the game (exception of the PSP version) has cooperative multiplayer intact (where both players play simultaneously). It's also improved in that the game continues to play even when one player is choosing a character upon continuing.

In a 2-player game, when certain characters are near enough, a third-shot appears between them which can be purple shots that swirl all-over the screen, hearts that home in on enemies, or rockets that shoot straight ahead. This feature was first seen on Konami's arcade game Trigon.

The playable characters in this game are:

Vic Viper/Lord British
Michael/Gabriel
Hikaru/Akane
Ivan/Toby
Mambo/Samba
Koitsu/Aitsu
Option/Multiple
Shooting Star/Black Viper

The Legend of Oasis is the prequel to Beyond Oasis, also known as The Story of Thor. Like its predecessor, it is an action game with role-playing elements. The gameplay is quite similar to that of Beyond Oasis. Leon can attack with melee weapons or use a bow for long-ranged attack. His armlet also allows him to summon spirits, who would damage the enemy or heal Leon. Instead of the usual experience points system the game features "ranks" (equivalent to levels); higher ranks increase the protagonist's hit points and can be gained by recovering his health multiple times.

Hangtime was the third basketball game by the original development team behind the NBA Jam series. The title was changed due to the NBA Jam name being acquired by Acclaim Entertainment, the publisher of the games for the home market. Acclaim's NBA Jam Extreme was released the same year as Hangtime. Features introduced in Hangtime included character creation, alley oops and double dunks. A software update known as NBA Maximum Hangtime was released for the arcades later in the life cycle.

Traning and support for 2 player multi-player are also available.

The Settlers II: Veni, Vidi, Vici is a real-time strategy computer game, released by Blue Byte Software in 1996. Its gameplay is very similar to that of its predecessor, The Settlers, albeit with a Roman theme and improved graphics. It is the second game in The Settlers series.

Many fans of the franchise consider this the best game of the series, primarily because future instalments changed the transport management aspect considerably. This popularity encouraged Blue Byte to publish a remake of the game, The Settlers II (10th Anniversary) for Windows and release a port of the original game on Nintendo DS.
